nutstar Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2025. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the nutstar platform at nutstar.app. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the platform. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nutstar at nutstar.app, registering an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the nutstar platform, including visitors who browse without an account and registered members who access games, betting markets, and account features. nutstar reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

nutstar does not knowingly allow access to minors. If nutstar has reason to believe that a registered user is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification and any winnings or balances held pending investigation. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not access online gaming platforms.
Additionally, you represent that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of nutstar complies with applicable local laws.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access betting markets, casino games, bingo rooms, and other features, you must register a nutstar account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent closure without notice.
Each person may hold only one active nutstar account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — including through different email addresses or personal details — is prohibited. nutstar reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any activity conducted through them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. nutstar will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact nutstar support immediately.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using nutstar, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:
- You will use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game outcome, betting market, or promotional feature.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- You will not engage in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with your nutstar account.
- You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure, servers, or other users' accounts.
- You will not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- You will comply with all requests from nutstar to verify your identity or the source of funds deposited into your account.
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All transactions on the nutstar platform — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied within the platform. The amounts displayed in your account balance and transaction history reflect ₱ at all times.
Deposits must be made using payment methods supported by nutstar at the time of the transaction. nutstar reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with nutstar's withdrawal procedures. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. nutstar may require identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal. nutstar does not guarantee that funds can be withdrawn instantaneously. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide for withdrawals are accurate. nutstar will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment information provided by the user.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability: nutstar provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we aim to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. nutstar will not be liable for any losses — including loss of winnings, data, or profits — arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
nutstar does not guarantee any specific outcome in any game, betting market, or bingo round. All gaming outcomes involve an element of chance, and past results do not indicate or guarantee future results. Players participate at their own risk.
Intellectual Property: All content on the nutstar platform, including but not limited to logos, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the property of nutstar or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of nutstar.
Third-Party Links: The platform may reference third-party services for payment processing or identity verification purposes. nutstar does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those parties' own terms and policies.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure: nutstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a user is found to have breached these Terms; fraudulent activity is suspected; a user is found to be under 18; identity verification cannot be completed; or the account has been inactive for an extended period. In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user through a verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.
